Aren't the 2 links of anisearch and Myanimelist proof enough? Myanimelist ist maybe the biggest database for anime and anisearch is the german based equivalent of my preference.

Actually, I don't have any proof then because the special episode doesn't seem to have a website, and when databases don't count ..

If it was released on TV, it can be TV schedules of that time. If it was released on physical media, this can be an advertisement for it.
