Extra Details: TVDB has the movie Requiem for the Ishin Patriots as the first episode in the list of special. Could you add the movie to the E01 and shift everything up, or alternatively set the movie as E00

No. We are not TVDB, our rules are different from them. Theatrical released movies should never be under the Specials season. The film is already in the movie section. We will just have a pointless duplicate if we add it to season 0 of the series.
