Can I ask why this was closed? I've had multiple reports like this closed silently. You never say I'm wrong, just close the report and do nothing. My understanding from the guideline, is that the specials section is for special episodes (episodes that don't belong on any season), not this kind of DVD extras/YouTube videos, of which there can be dozens. If I am right, please fix this, don't just close the report silently. If I am wrong, please state so, don't just close the report silently.

As per our rules, DVD bonus are allowed in the specials season.

It says "some DVD bonus content is allowed" — I don't remember seeing it before, but maybe it's my fault— but it doesn't say what DVD content is allowed. Also, it's important to make clear if it includes YouTube videos, other Internet videos, Red Button videos, etc., I've seen many added to specials.
I don't have anything against recording this kind of videos, just not as special episodes, because it makes special episodes unmanageable, between one episode and the next, there can be a random number of unrelated videos.
