In one episode, one of Charlie ex-girlfriends had changed her sex to a man after that she met his mother and slept with her as a man, yet when he told her that he slept with Charlie as a guy she seemed okay, but when Charlie's mother discovered that he slept with Charlie as a girl she was shocked. Why? What's the difference?
