Specifically Royals reaction to Dan killing Keith would have been a pretty powerful scene. The two aren't even mentioned again until Dans Funeral is brought up in season 9.
I don't know if the writers just left it so they don't ever find out what happened to Keith and if so that's pretty messed up. thoughts?
