No I blame Dan because Keith told him multiple times that he had nothing to do with that fire, and Dan was there at the police station when the cops cleared him from the accusation of being guilty. Dan let his anger get the better of him so it's his own fault for shooting that gun.

No. Keith's death was all on Dan. He chose all by himself to kill his brother. He even admitted himself on his deathbed that it was his fault alone.
