Wasn't it obvious Dan was gonna do something like murder prior to the shooting?
Keith seemed shocked then ever before.
He didn't think his brother would pull the trigger. He even holds his hands up to stop him.i think he was shocked his brother would stoop so low.
Would it been more shocking if Dan shot Keith in the stomach first, Keith on his knees coughing up blood and then Dan shoots him in the head?
