Her character was Colonel Virginia Lake. I'm curious as to why she isn't on the cast list here. She appeared in the first episode & then in the last eight (nine total) episodes. There are people with four or less listed, why not her?

Many listings on TMDb are incomplete. I've just added Wanda Ventham to the cast list.

Thanks, wonder. Whenever I have tried to add someone to a TV show when they weren't in every episode, it has been a big pain in the tush. So I figured if I mentioned it here someone would fix it.
