Before Jinrui left Huanzhou, he came to the school to say goodbye to Qing Yu. He returned Beiyu's music box to Qingyu, hoping that she could fulfill Beiyu’s wish.

Wang Mumu accidentally fell down the stairs due to violence from her father. Mumu’s ankle was injured, causing her unable to perform on stage. Qingyu arrived in time to help, and hence fulfilled her own dream of dancing.

Ming Sheng ran into Qingyu in the hospital and told her that he was going to study medicine in France. In the rain, Ming Sheng suggested to lend Qingyu an umbrella, but Qingyu refused because they will never meet again.

Doctor Le Fan recalled Beiyu's story to Qingyu, and Qingyu realized that Beiyu did not die of AIDS, but committed suicide by jumping into the sea.
