It should be called "The Secret of the Fire Nation" and is a combination of 2x12 and 2x13 from the aired order.
I am happy to fix this but I need some guidance on the limitations of this platform. It looks to me like there is only one source of episodes that all episode groups share - is that correct?

Episode groups can only manage different episode orders. They can't manage episodes merged or episodes renamed.

This is a pretty severe limitation of this service then. Is there a way to create alternate episodes that we could slot in for only some episode groups?
