Didn’t see/hear much to chuckle about. Got mostly a setting-the-stage feeling.

Already hate Mandy & Mom.

Mandy's "my way or the highway" attitude is very off-putting. Let's hope the writers lighten her up as the season progresses.

Mom’s saying all the right words, but there is no people-passion underneath her pointed words. Writers need to make us like her in all her superior-judgmental-bossy nastiness. Sort of a combination of Roseanne Connors & Beverly Hofstadter. Harder to hate acid-tongue-truth-tellers that have a bit of “fuzzy” underneath.

Nothing really to rave about except seeing two of my favorites as "guest” stars.
