In “All This and Gargantua-2”, Dr. Venture blames Sgt. Hatred for the fire that destroyed the original compound. If anyone is guilty, it’s both The Monarch AND Venture: Monarch, for spreading the gasoline around to form his symbol, and Venture because his defense system blasted the fire department.
