Not according to the initial press release. The press release clearly calls the new episodes "Season 1B."

season 1 was SundanceTV exclusive, IFC has nothing to do with it. the show moves to IFC/AMC+ for season 2

Since someone created a second season with duplicated episodes, we have to wait and see how the episodes are added to the IFC website before removing anything.

Yeah, it looks like they decided to continue the first season, despite all the promotion of season 2. I don't see any episodes on IFC, but on Apple TV "Comedy Actress" is listed as S01E06. So I guess season 2 can be deleted. Also, the homepage address probably needs to be changed to https://www.ifc.com/shows/off-script-with-the-hollywood-reporter--1066202
