I think that must be the time including adverts, so correct for live broadcast but not for any recordings or DVD / Blu-Ray / Streaming releases. Is it normal to list the broadcast run time including ad's or should it be the raw running time?

Ok that's fair. I can only give you the times without adverts - I watched them last night - though not sure what proof I can provide other than a screen shot of the duration of the video file which had had the commercials edited out? Either way if this is TMDB policy that's fine. I was just trying to help people who may be planning their viewing and would be surprised to find the reported runtime is 15+ minutes longer than the episode actually is - at least if watching a recording or non-live stream.
