And the airdate of September 6, 2023 release is for season 2?

The 2022 shorts were originally released as short movies. Consequently, they are listed in the movie parts of our database and shouldn't be duplicate here.
Only the 2023 season has been originally released as a series. So, this should currently be the single season of this series.

but then how come season 1 in tmdb has episode names from the 2022 shorts?

Because a User has wrongly add them. They aren't there anymore.
