في إطار درامي، يتناول المسلسل سرقة الآثار بعد سقوط بغداد وحرب العصابات من أجل تلك الآثار. إذ يقوم عبود بسرقة الآثار ويهرب وتقوم لميس وهارون باحتجازه عند علمهما بأمر السرقة، لكنه يهرب ويبيعها دون علمه بقيمتها الحقيقة.
