Extra Details: The release dates are incorrect for this series - "Dexter: Original Sin". It's aired Fridays on Paramount+ and Sunday's on Showtime. All of the dates here are for the latter so have actually been aired by the time the release date listed comes around. For example ep4 is actually coming out on 27/12 but is listed as 29/12 here, I will be watching it on the 27th so surely that's the correct "release" date.
Can all of these future episodes be corrected to reflect the actual release date - the date I can physically watch the series. For reference IMDB is correct, Futoncritic is correct, a basic google search is correct, TVDB is incorrect. Thanks!

The next episode WILL be watchable on the 27/12, to me it makes sense that's then listed as the release date right?

Are people not counting digital releases as "real" then as that seems like a bit of an oversight to people like me who will end up watching it ahead of the "release" date? It's not great in trakt as instead of getting a released notification I normally end up watching it before that comes through if I remember...

If a series is broadcasted on regular TV, we always take in account the regular TV dates and not the digital previews date.
The rule is here (the "Previews" part).

Ah okay thanks! Shame there's not a pre-release date attribute too but it sounds like this is probably quite rare based on your link. I'll see if I can change my provider to point to IMDB on an individual series basis....
