As visible on the official BBC page, this episode was originally broadcasted by BBC Scotland on February 4, not on January 28.

Thanks for checking. The metadata of the video file gives 28 Jan but clearly that must be incorrect. Cheers.

It may eventually have been made available on iPlayer on that date, but wr follow the TV broadcast date, not the iPlayer date.
