Minato, a real estate agent, walks at an incredible speed down the streets of a residential area, with his client Sawada desperately chasing after him. Eventually they arrive at a property that is said to be a real bargain, a detached house. As soon as Sawada enters the front door, he feels a chill. Minato doesn't care and continues to show him around every corner of the house. Soon, a woman with a pale face and a white dress appears.

住宅街の道を尋常ではない速さで歩く不動産屋の湊、必死に後を追う客の沢田。やがてたどり着いた物件は、掘り出し物といわれる一軒家であった。玄関を入った途端、寒気を感じる沢田。おかまい無しに家の隅々まで案内する湊。やがてそこに青白い顔に白いワンピースの女が現れる。
