Extra Details: All of the YouTube thumbnails being uploaded to every episode go against the contribution guidelines for multiple reasons. They are not screenshots from the actual episode, they are of reduced resolution, and they are covered with text.

I am actively uploading multiple actual screenshots for every episode. Even if the thumbnails are not removed, they certainly don't deserve to be the primary image for any episode.
