As indicated in our rules, for series broadcasted on regular TV, we ignore digital previews. Consequently, the dates that should be used are the the dates of the Tokyo MX broadcast.

I get the digital preview thing but this is the entire episode (not a preview) and Abema is releasing all the episodes one day earlier. Abema is not doing some kind of Pre-Screening.

On TMDB, the term "digital preview" for TV shows aired on regular TV means it was released digitally prior to the scheduled linear air date. An example would be HBO releasing a new episode of Westworld on their website on Friday but airing the episode on Sunday. In that case, we would ignore the Friday air date and use the Sunday air date.
The anime's website has the ABEMA release listed under "Streaming" and is labeled as "先行配信," which can translate as "pre-delivery" in English.
While ABEMA is both an over-the-top TV service and an online TV network (and can be listed as a network on TMDB) I only add it when it's listed with other TV networks, like on the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean website. If it's listed under "Streaming" or the equivalent, like on this anime, I remove it.
I removed ABEMA from this anime (and changed the air dates) because it was listed under "Streaming," which would make ABEMA a digital service for this anime instead of a network, and because it was labeled as "先行配信" (pre-delivery). Pre-delivered on a digital service ≃ digital preview.
