What a let down.

The script was clearly written by AI with the most banal prompts possible. The actors mostly do their best with it, Kurt Russell is obviously amazing, but Kiersey Clemons is terrible horrible. Literally every time the clapboard slaps, Kiersey Clemons makes the same awful put-upon expression and gesture, and otherwise behaves like there are no other characters in the scene. The monsters are cool, but very rare and often just flashbacks. Or flashbacks of flashbacks.
Just a huge let down overall for a fun property.

Saw the finale'
Garbage. The whole season could have been 90minutes.
A 90minute fan edit could actually be good if anybody undertakes it let me know.
I have to harp on Kiersey Clemons again, she is a really bad actress. Despite clear attempts by the other performers (including a child actor, but curiously never the director?) to desperately try and improve her ability, she only added 'vacant expression' to her range in the last few episodes. We know it's a green-screen studio, but your only job is to make us forget that.. How is an actor learning to act on-the-job? I have no hope for her, she is a rare Anne Hathaway tier failure who can single handedly ruin an entire otherwise high-potential production.
