I don't understand your report. This is a TV entry and miniseries are usually released as TV shows.

It was locked as a miniseries and couldn't be switched to a returning series unless a mod did it. And looking at it now, looks like a mod did switch it sometime between February and May. This can probably be dismissed now.

Because it was originally a miniseries; an "event series" to be precise. It was renewed today for a second season to the type and status were updated.
