Nach "Phase 13 - Fallende Sterne" fehlt die Folge "Phase 14 - Die Gezeiten der Zeit". In der Auflistung geht es weiter mit "Phase 14 - Jedem seine Einsamkeit", das ist aber Phase 15.
If you are talking of the episode group for the HD remastered version, the episodes "Die Gezeiten der Zeit" and "Augenblicke" aren't included as they weren't part of the remastered version.

Where do you see that an episode is missing ?
The first season correctly include the 3 episodes you are indicating (screenshot).
