一般的剧集发行蓝光版本时，制作方都是内容不变、集数不变，或者额外添加额外的附加SP。

但是《Gundam seed HD重制版》不仅仅是发行蓝光版本，制作方更多意图是“重新编辑”，把50集变成了48集，其中不仅减少了集数，而且后半段每集的标题也已经不同了。

Gundam SEED HD Remaster is still just an alternative version of Gundam SEED without any drastic changes so it's not allowed. There is an episode group for the HD Remaster available here.

机动战士高达SEED HD Remaster应该作为独立的剧集存在，而不是归类在剧集组。就像龙珠 改也是作为一个独立的剧集不是作为龙珠Z的一个剧集组。龙珠 改和机动战士高达SEED HD Remaster都是在原本TV剧集的基础上进行重新编辑再播出的剧集。把机动战士高达SEED HD Remaster和机动战士高达SEED视为一部剧集是非常愚蠢的行为。

Dragon Ball Z Kai is an allowed exception, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED HD Remaster is not.
