I’m not sure what the TMDB rules here are, but Crunchyroll is the official Western/English distributor for this anime. Also, the definite article is grammatically correct.

That’s not how rounding up works. From 24:01 to 24:29 we round down to 24 minutes, and from 24:30 to 24:59 we round up to 25 minutes. It’s basic math. :)

As per our rules, the duration values should always be rounded up. If you have just 24 minutes available, you will not be able to view an episode that last 24 minutes and 29 seconds. (The rule is written on the movies page of the Bible, but it applies to all durations.)

We are talk about over the english title not the german ones. Which is in this case the right ones - from offically source (anime project) and rendered in or from crunchyroll the first publisher?

The rule is the same : The English titles used should be the titles used by the first official release in an English speaking country.
