There are conflicting data about the title of this episode. I invite you to read this previous content report and, if possible, provide proof.

Even if it is not coming from the original broadcast, the only official link currently available is the one from Paramount+ where it is titled Variations and Revelations.

Currently being the keyword. However, at the time of the return of the show in 2017, the first two seasons were also available on Showtime. And the title of 2x19 was "Variations on Relations" https://web.archive.org/web/20170512003147/http://www.sho.com/twin-peaks/season/2/episode/19
So by all means, this title is more "original" than something assigned later by P+, until someone can prove what it was in April of 1991.
