Was the smoking guy near the end a doppelganger?

Cuz that guy looked REALLY evil which leads me to the question if you are EVIL in this plane of existence does that mean your doppelganger is GOOD? In true TP fashion the last episode has presented more questions than answers.

I'm not sure if he's a doppelganger, but the credits list him as Richard Horne. This means he could be the son of Ben, Jerry, or even Audrey.

Yeah, I found that out too after the fact. Curious to find out how he fits in.
