Paula's good friends Amy and Suzette from Albany, GA are in town visiting Paula for the holidays. First up it's Paula's Bacon and Mushroom Stuffed Tenderloin. Then, the ladies are going to prepare an old family recipe: Dirty Rice Dressing. For dessert, Paula's making a scrumptious Fruit Cake Pudding with a Whiskey Sauce. Chef Josh Capon from New York City joins Paula to make some of his favorite seafood dishes. He'll show Paula how to make his world famous Lobster Croutons with Golden Garlic and Chili Oil. Paula's going to show Josh how to make Brussels Sprouts with a Hot Bacon Vinaigrette and her own Savannah Style Blue Crabs. With these recipes, there's no reason to get crabby!

Today's a very special day as Paula's friend Frank comes all the way from New York to bring some Southern Italian charm to a Southern lady. He's going to show Paula how to make his Homemade Marinara which will go fabulously with Paula's Southern Chicken Cacciatore. Finally, Paula shows Frank how dessert is done with an Ultimate Tiramisu Cake.

Cheryl Day, owner of Back in the Day Bakery joins Paula for a spot o' tea and lunch. Cheryls starts off by making some neighborhood favorites: Oatmeal Coconut Sammies which will go perfectly with Paula's Orange Spiced Tea. Then, Paula chips in with an old fashioned Turkey Patty Melt - the perfect way to end tea time for two!

It's time for a burger showdown as Paula's friend Brigitte Nguyen from From the Kitchens of... comes over to make her prize winning Chinese Chicken Burger. After testing a few creations, Paula's decided to step up to the plate with her very own Butter Bacon Burger. Then, they make a Warm Macaroni Salad as a yummy side. You won't want to miss this delicious cookoff!

Paula's new friend Grady Spears is coming by to show Paula some cowboy cookin'! First, Paula's making him her rich and hearty Rodeo Chili with a side of the creamiest grits you've ever seen! Then, she's fixing him her Corn on the Cob, smothered with a yummy Herb Butter. Grady's cooking Paula some of his hearty Lone Star Baked Beans.

Susan Mason, one of the top caterers in Savannah comes over to talk over some possible recipes. They're also testing some new appetizers, including some Tomato Tarts, and a Creamy Shrimp Dip with a Pepper Jelly center. Then they'll make some of Susan's best sellers, including Crab Cakes and Parmesean Cheese Rounds.

Ireland's own chef, Gavin Murphy joins Paula to show her how to live off the land! First, Paula makes him her take on a classic, Irish Stew. Gavin makes Paula an Irish favorite, Colcannon. Last but not least, they're having Braised Greens with a Fried Egg. You won't want to miss this meeting of Southern Cooking and Irish Cuisine.
