On Discovery+ it's actually listed as a completely different show and not part of the Ghost Adventures normal show.

This has been resolved since I removed Devil Island last night/early this morning because it has a separate page on the Discovery's VOD page (Discovery Go) and is not listed as a Season 26 episode, either.
