I tried to edit the names of the Episode but it can't be done. The details can be changed but the episode names are not changing.
The names should be as follows:
Season 04 - Episode 01 - Orientation/Jump, Push, Fall
Season 04 - Episode 02 - Ink
Season 04 - Episode 03 - Acceptance
Season 04 - Episode 04 - Hysterical Blindness
Season 04 - Episode 05 - Tabula Rasa
Season 04 - Episode 06 - Strange Attractors
Season 04 - Episode 07 - Once Upon a Time in Texas
Season 04 - Episode 08 - Shadowboxing
Season 04 - Episode 09 - Brother's Keeper

IMDb are not the original broadcaster of the series so their data would not be used here. Infact, I wouldn't trust IMDb's data for any TV series.
The only relevant source is the website of the original broadcaster at the time the episodes aired.
In this case, that was NBC, back in 2009:

As per that link, the data here on TMDB is correct and nothing requires changing.

@warhead28 is correct. Ep 1 (Part 1 and 2) both aired as a single episode on 21 September 2009. They were combined and lasted 126m which is double the typical episodes that last 43m each. Every resource on the net confirms that there where only 18 total numerical episodes in season 4. Even https://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?t=1855 updated theres too.

As indicated by @gillybeavis , we follow the original broadcaster. You can see here, as well as here that the broadcaster list them separately in 2009 at the time of the broadcast.
IMDB and TVDB aren't official sites.
