This is an Australian show so it uses the Australian air dates, not US dates.
I don't have access to Paramount+ in Australia but, at least according to the show's page on Apple TV, this episode apparently still aired as normal in Australia on the 21st.

Accessing it with a VPN, I can confirm that episode S02E07 is listed there as March 21 and episode S02E08 is listed there as March 28.

Fair Enough - CBS in USA show College Basketball so I can't watch NCIS Sydney on Paramount+ in England, makes sense
