I don't have access to Paramount+ in Australia but, at least according to the show's page on Apple TV, this episode apparently still aired aired as normal in Australia on the 21st.

Accessing Paramount+ Australia with a VPN, I can confirm that episode S02E07 is listed there as March 21.
