Season 1 of The Little Pencil premiered on December 22, 2016.

Season 1 shows The Little Pencil go up against the evil Cores who rule over the Core Star. His main enemy is Wheatley, who would mind control his friends to turn them evil. Later on, he would go up against Evil Pokémon, and TheOdd1sOut.

Season 2 of The Little Pencil premiered on April 15, 2017.

Season 2 shows The Little Pencil go up against himself from the past, who is now evil, and wants to take over the world. The Little Pencil has to deal with the repercussions of the Colour Wash, and goes up against his brother, The Bad Pencil. He forms The Fruit Pencils and convinces his younger self to sacrifice himself for the greater good of their Universe.

Season 3 of The Little Pencil premiered on April 6, 2019.

Season 3 shows The Little Pencil dealing with the aftermaths of the Colour Wash, as he meets new friends and deals with the threat of the Core Star blowing up the Fruit Pencils College. He ends up meeting up with Koopa Troopa, and the two of them devise a plan to get all the Powers before The Bad Pencil can. He ends up bringing 3 of the 6 to The Bad Pencil, as they fight in the Fight of the Universe, until Dr. Hismario123 shows up with The Pencillor and tear the Universe apart, so The Little Pencil must use Avatar for Nintendo Wii to kill The Pencillor, which results in their Universe being destroyed anyway.
