A trip to the beach turns out to be more than expected for two people who are mourning the losses of their beloved. Perhaps a mysterious girl known as the "Umi Warabe" can help them to heal their wounds and move on with their lives.

Matsunaga Yoshihiro is the chaperone for a group of high-school students on a summer trip to the beach. One night he saves one of the students, Morisawa Nao, as she attempts to drown herself. She had been on this same trip a year ago, with her fiancee, who was later killed in a plane crash. As these two get to know each other, we find that Yoshihiro also has a painful secret from his past. Watching over everything is a mysterious young girl who somehow is always there at decisive moments.

由三个章节组成，全部发生在东洋学馆的暑期学校，在海边。

第一章，回忆，讲述了吉广过去关于暑期学校的各种事件的回忆，相遇和分离的命运交织在一起，因为吉郎和松永将通过东洋学园，到达海边的暑期学校。一个神秘的女孩微笑着看着站在海边黄昏的吉郎。

第二章聚焦于另一个人物松永康之，他沉浸在过去的情感中，但不能被背叛。

在最后一章中，松原遇到了第一章中的神秘女郎。

Ein Strand mit dem der Held der Geschichte, Yoshihiro Matsunaga, einige wichtige aber auch schmerzvolle Erinnerungen verbindet, ist das Ziel einer Schülergruppe, die er als Aufsichtsperson begleitet. Während des Ausfluges trifft er auf die Schülerin Nao Morisawa, die, genauso wie er, von ihrer Vergangenheit verfolgt wird und verzweifelt nach einem Weg sucht, mit ihr abzuschließen. Nach und nach enthüllt sich die ganze Tragödie, die das Leben der beiden beherrscht und das mysteriöse Strandmädchen spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Aufdeckung.
