That's a very bizarre move on their part. Unfortunately the whole rest of the world does not experience it the same way... on WOW Presents Plus (ex- France, Canada) and on Crave (Canada) it's a series of its own and this is season 1.

Moreover, there will eventually be another "regular" season of Drag Race France. The precedent of other Drag Race shows around the world is that an All-Stars does not occupy a "season" slot in the regular show. Would be pretty wild if that season releases as 5 in France and 4 in the rest of the world.

Yes, I thought the same when I saw this on the official website.
Because almost all the press material that I read announced it as a new show aka spin off of the "main" show.

But that's how it is now - and we have to follow the rule here on TMDb.

I thought maybe they made a mistake when the data was uploaded to France 2?
And maybe they fix it during the season... and then oops - it's all wrong here.

I don't know what will happen - but I'm certainly curious what happens.
