Interesting ongoing PBS documentary series

This series has some of the coolest opening and closing theme music around. Ditto the visuals during those parts, of the withering flowers or whatever. Eerie and dramatic!
I've watched most of the installments of this series throughout the years and usually have been interested - often very - in each of them.
