In the order used by Amazon, a few episodes are listed in their own series, titled "Family Guy Specials". However, this order includes the specials "Family Guy 100th Episode Special" in the sixth season and "200 Episodes Later" in the eleventh season. Another significant difference is the last two episodes of Season 15 are switched.

This episode group is for the way the episodes are organized on Hulu in the United States, and Disney+ internationally. It mostly follows the broadcast order up until Season 22, when the Hulu-exclusive specials are listed in their own season titled "Exclusives." The specials "The Family Guy 100th Episode Special" and "200 Episodes Later" are included in Seasons 6 and 11, respectively. Note, due to grouping limitations, episode numbering for Season 6 will not align with Hulu/Disney+. "Blue Harvest" Part 1 & Part 2 are combined as Episode 1, thus all follow-on episodes will appear displaced by one.
