Why is it so puffy lately? I know she had a kidney transplant, but that was many years ago.

I had wondered the same thing. I found an interview with her that said she had to pull out of some awards show in November last year due to health problems. She said she was born with many health issues. So, sadly it seems it could be that. I hope she's OK. Very hard being in the spotlight and dealing with this. Especially as the industry is so looks focused anyway.

Poor thing. Shes still beautiful, I hope shes ok. Health problems, she had that abusive bf. She has been through enough.

She is so beautiful. At first I was worried she'd had plastic surgery/Botox, which I couldn't understand as she was so gorgeous. I really hope she gets better soon.

People with organ transplants have to take lifelong anti-rejection drugs, such as prednisone, which can cause that puffy face look.

It looks like she's had to increase her prednisone. Of course I'm just guessing. But when I googled her, I saw that she was too ill to attend the SAG awards in January.
