Debbie Wolowitz—except for a glimpse (at 0:03 and 0:36)—was never seen on the television show "The Big Bang Theory (2007-2019)", but the actress (Carol Ann Susi) playing her did appear—visible—on other shows.

---This guy looks like a cross between Sheldon Cooper & Pee Wee Herman! (Come to think of it, Pee Wee's Wardrobe Team may have been looking for that missing outfit! )

Don't think I ever saw Carol Ann Susi in anything. But, I can understand why the Showrunners chose her as Mrs. W. That voice is indeed memorable.
