If they're based on the show, Sheldon's channel would be explaining to everyone why they're wrong about everything, and Leonard's would be about how grateful he is that Penny has sex with him.

I picture him more having a channel where he dresses up Cinnamon in different outfits and puts bows in her hair and frou frou stuff like that. I don't picture him advising anyone on dating.
