I imagine a new channel for Sheldon called "What I know that you don't". On this channel he would cover a variety of topics- really anything that he wants to share from playing the theremin to tuvan throat-singing to anything else where he considers himself an expert that he wants to brag about (under the guise of teaching others).

Let’s face it; the guy is a "rail buff". I can see him choosing to share his vast knowledge on the subject of trains with railfans even above “Fun With Flags”.

Perhaps with the occasional guest appearance of "Train Guy"! Sheldon's channel subscribers could always use the occasional "getting hit on the head with a UPS box" story.

It's not as easy to think of one for Leonard. He always seems to be doing whatever someone else wants to do. Maybe a channel on building a hugging machine or surviving an insufferable roommate?

Maybe a channel on pranking an insufferable roommate.

Leonard's could be a master's course on getting a hot chick to marry you (like with the guys at that comic con), and/or dealing with an awful mother.

Howard and Bernadette do a ventriloquest show together. Favourite 'dummies' are Tammy Jo St. Cloud, Clogzilla, Froot Loops and Sir Howard of Wolowitz.
