Every so often you run across one of these truth-is-stranger....

I'm guessing the company will settle…

(1) Because: You can’t put a monetary value on what cannot be replaced---but, I’m sure her lawyers will come as close as they can.

(2) Because: Anyone can make a mistake. To err is human…but, to deliberately skirt your legal responsibility in this way is not to err...it’s to conspire.
