Also, you can't really do any of them with more than 2 people, as I think they showed a couple times, because you could end up with each of them having something that defeats the others, so nobody "wins."

Then you play again, like in a tie when all three players choose the same.
And with these three, that also goes on forever. Even if one of them changes to the same as another, and thus eliminate the third, they still go on forever picking the same one every time.
It's so easy to beat Sheldon at that, they only show the "stalemate" because they must think it's funnier. Although when they play "20 Questions" and it's Sheldon's turn, they apparently don't have any trouble immediately winning by "guessing" "Are you Spock?" Because he (almost*) always is.
(* I think one time he was C3PO? Or maybe that was someone else's turn and they just said they were someone who kinda looked like Sheldon?)

I don't think the guys are smart enough to think it through. Anyway, they all pick Spock.

I think Leonard is smart enough, but they only ever showed it with Sheldon, Howard, and Raj.

Also, Sheldon was the only one of them that was obsessed with Spock. What reason would Raj and Howard have for always picking Spock?
Sheldon should always lose, because the others would know that he always picks Spock, so they would pick Lizard or Paper.

That's correct. Even the first time that they played it, both - Sheldon and Raj - chose 'Spock'.

That was when they had to guess who Leonard was: "Do you kind of look like a shiny Sheldon?"

Yeah, I started thinking it was Leonard after I posted that.
Penny wasn't able to guess who Sheldon was when they played one time, but he was still Spock then too.
