Perceived Anonymity: The extent to which someone feel that their personal identity is unknown, or cannot be recognized, and that they are unidentifiable.
1—Raise your hand if you thought the guys were being too paranoid.
2--Raise your hand if you believed before the “Supporters-roundup” and the “Committees-seat” brouhaha in the House, that the things you post could never be traced backed to you.
3--Raise your hand if you considered 'delete' the end-all-be-all.
4--Raise your hand if you take a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to your e-address/username/password/etc. for personal and business goings-on.
5--Raise both hands if there is something you’ve put ‘out there’ (under the notion of “perceived anonymity”) that you wish you could zap out of existence.
Truly believe noting is out of reach. Those “forensic” background checks probably could turn up a picture of that stick-figure you stabbed all over with your red crayon in Ms. Jasper’s nursery school class.

Honestly? I cannot raise my hand for any of those. I'm not paranoid, just realistic. Also, I do not care if the 'man' (or whoever) wants to track me.

Well, tech-wise…
We all are being “led to the slaughter”. It’s just that some of us prefer to be “dragged kicking and screaming”.

I don't like it either but it's not like there is anything we can do to stop it. I suppose we can give up all electronics but that is only part of it. We have been watched/tracked from the moment we were born. This is a 'battle' we cannot win. So I will save my 'kicking & screaming' (which I do too much as it is) for something I can change (maybe?).
