First of all, glad to see 2020 in the rearview mirror.

Anyway:

1 )Loved about 2020: The outcome of the presidential election.

2) Hated in 2020: Price gouging.

3) Learned in 2020: To delove all “my stuff” that was previously so important to me.

4) Looking forward to in 2021: Kids getting back into the classroom fulltime.

Wishing everyone a Healthy and Happy New Year!

Thanks, it was a huge wake-up call. It was a crappy way to end the year, it happened on Sunday & I was discharged Wednesday.

Sounds scary.

2020 bowed a lot of heads and a lot of knees. I think the one universal lesson from 2020 that many of us will carry with us throughout life is: Don't take anything for granted.

Glad things worked out with you.

Thanks, so far, so good. But now I have to take all these drugs (which I hate) & a few lifestyle changes (no more bacon 😭), alter my diet a bit, etc. But it was bound to happen at some point, I have had high blood pressure since my 30's.

Have a friend who swears by turkeybacon. Doesn't sound appetizing…so guessing it's probably something one has to ease into.

It's nasty (turkey bacon). The thing with bacon is, it is the only salty food I like. Normally I use very little salt & avoid most 'prepared' foods for that reason.

First to bratface, I am very sorry to hear about your stroke. I hope you will have a smooth and full recovery.

1) Something I loved about 2020: My children are both in happy places in their lives with loving significant others.

2) Something you hated in 2020: The fear of getting COVID (or someone I loved getting it).

3) Something you learned in 2020: I am more productive when I work from home. Also, I'm actually not a bad cook.

4) Something you look forward to in 2021: Maybe going on vacation again.
