This is still one of my favorite episodes. It's sweet and sentimental in some unusual ways. I always like how Leonard says to Penny - at the end of his daydream - that all of scenarios he runs through his mind turn out bad. Then when he asks Penny "in real life" to go out again, she asks him "Have you thought this through?" And he says "Yes, and I think we should go anyway." I think Penny may understand how much Leonard overthinks things, and her smile is really warming.
