I have the feeling that Sheldon would freeze up if he was on Jeopardy, or in a head-to-head with Alex Trebek. Sheldon's IQ was probably higher, but he didn't have the ability to be cool under pressure like Alex, and therefore I don't think it would matter that he was smarter. He'd freeze up, lose the game, and then call everyone a poopyhead. Or claim fraud and ask for a point recount.

I did just read that there is a petition to make Levar Burton the next Jeopardy host. I would be good with that.

But maybe it will end up going to WHEATOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Names being bandied about to fill Trebek's "large shoes" (no doubt there will be others):

Betty White (98): Multiple Emmy winner, national treasure, and the host of our hearts.

Donald Trump (74): Well-know Real-estate developer, Executive producer, TV-series host, Author, and Politician.

I am saddened to learn of Trebeks passing. The guy was such an institution, and died far too young. I saw him recently at the NHL draft in early October, when he announced the Ottawa Senators draft pick Jeopardy style. That was the highlight of the entire draft and that was absolutely unexpected.
