No, with fur. Their fur is not their clothing. Their fur is the same as the hair on our heads which is not clothing. They would have to be wearing a sweater, a shawl or a top hat to be clothed.

Well if they're already naked, then the question shouldn't be "would" look good naked.

Even so; think I'll have to stay with Cinnamon. She is always so impeccably groomed; while Zazzles, on the other hand, looked like any cat you’d find living in any alley.

So including my own vote that I'm adding here, it appears we have 2 votes for Zazzles and 1 vote for Cinnamon. Good thing I didn't add Lovey Dovey into the mix! It would be mass chaos! I will award the "Looks Best Naked" prize in a few days.
