Borrowed the idea for this Thread from someone (don't who) on the old Board. It's been a while; so, maybe it's time to do it again. Life is full of little annoyances; so go ahead...get it off your chest!

1--Posts that disappear without explanation(s).
2--I don't like it when people pull out in front of me on the road like there is no tomorrow, and then drive way too slow.
3--That time-challenged member of your group who shows up late for everything.
4--People (& the word itself) who use the word whilst!
5--People who are talking on their phone and not paying attention to what’s going on around them, and step off the curve without looking…especially the ones who have the audacity to “flip you” for blowing your horn.
6--Grown folks who think they are entitled just because they share a gene or two with someone.

Would it be too grammar-Nazi-ish to point out those should be "curb," and "flip you off?"

Kinda...
Anyway, "curve" is the unloved-child of scanty proofreading; but, "flip you" is intentional.

And now Timlet, for you (and anyone else who would like to read it), the story of the Three Little Brownies.
Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there lived three brownies. Fudgy-gooey brownie was the wisest, and he lived in a house made of brick. Fudge-nut brownie was the nuttiest, and he lived in a house made out of straw. And finally, Flaky-cakey brownie was just plain dumb and he lived in a house made out of chia pet hair.
One day, wise Fudgy-gooey said to the other two brownies, "Let's run away from here to the land up on the high hill where everyone is allergic to chocolate and we will be safe!" (The chocolate-allergics were a special tribe who settled together in one place to fight over the caramel and fruit-based desserts.) "Yes, let's do that!", echoed the other two.
So on the day of their departure, the brownies headed to the high hill. In front of them was a gleaming escalator which led to the top! Oh, how it shone and glistened in the sun! Fudge-nut stepped on first and up he started to go! But along the way his annoying and unnecessary nuts fell into the escalator, grinding its gears, and screeching it to a halt, sending poor Fudge-nut falling down, down to his demise. Once the escalator was fixed, Flaky-cakey took his turn, but along the way his dry crumbs fell into the cracks in the moving stairs and once again the escalator broke, sending ol' cakey falling to the ground below.
Finally wise Fudgy-gooey said, "What ding-a-lings!" and went up the flight of stairs that was directly adjacent to the escalator because he had no interest in a multi-story machine of death, and he lived happily ever after.
~The End~

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
You know that Far Far Away is part of a much larger region known as Far Away. It includes Near Far Away, Far Away Heights, Outer Far Away, Little Far Away and Far Away & MLK. There are others but those are some most famous.

I cringed when that poor brownie got his nuts ground up in the escalator.

That looks like a whole lot of work! I could melt some crayons in a pie plate and come pretty close!

Another pet peeve: "Ghosting". A hurtful and cowardly way to break ties with someone that denies them closure.
Sheldon would never be able to withstand it.
